The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25th May 2018 and sets out new requirements for all businesses about how data is collected and managed. Under these rules, the privacy policy for how your data is collected and managed has been updated below.

What information is being collected?

Your name and email address will have been stored. This may be directly through the website, emails, or if you have attended one of my events.

How is it collected?

When you accept an invitation to attend one of my events or if you have ordered products your data is collected manually. I will keep your email address on my computer, which is not shared with anyone else.

Why is it being collected?

Your name and email address are collected to send you communications as to a forthcoming event featuring Designers or Makers whose products I think you might be interested in.

How will it be used?

Your data is used to enable me to send targeted communications about my products and events and to fulfil any contractual commitments which I may enter into in the course of my business. It may be shared with any third party whose products you have expressed a specific interest in and not any other party.

What if I want to unsubscribe?

You can email me at any time if you would like your name taken off my lists.
